The following terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this Site/App. By accessing, viewing, or using the content, material, or services available on or through this Site, you indicate that you have read and understood these Terms, that you agree to them, and that you intend to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, or if you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use this Site and must leave immediately.

The information contained on this Site/App is for informational purposes only. Without limiting any other provision of these Terms or otherwise, the SOS Human Help Institute is not responsible for any errors or omissions on the Site/App or in the Site Materials, as defined in Section 3 of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Registration
To access certain content, services, or benefits on the Site, you may be required to register and create an account. As part of the registration process, you must agree to these Terms and may then be asked to choose a username and password. You may also be required to provide the SOS Human Help Institute with certain information about yourself, including some types of personal information, such as your email and address. You are solely responsible for your account, including its use by third parties, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. 3. Ownership rights
As between you and the SOS Human Help Institute, the SOS Human Help Institute owns or is licensed to use all data, content, graphics, forms, artwork, images, photographs, functional components, software concepts, documentation, and other materials contained in or made available on the Site/App ("Site/App Materials"), as well as the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such materials. All Site/App Materials are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other applicable laws.
You agree not to remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices contained in the Site/App Materials. All names, trademarks, logos, slogans, and symbols displayed on the Site belong to the SOS Human Help Institute. Misuse of these marks is expressly prohibited and may violate trademark law. Under no circumstances will you have any rights to the Site/App Materials other than the right to use them in accordance with these Terms.
4. Unauthorized activities
You agree not to use the Site/App for:

5. Materials submitted to the site
Certain features of the Site/App may allow you to submit user content (comments, text, images, files, case referrals, etc.). By posting, you represent that you have the legal right to make such content available and that its use does not infringe copyright, image rights, privacy, or applicable law.
By submitting content, you grant the SOS Human Help Institute a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, distribute, reproduce, display, modify, and sublicense the content, without any compensation.
If you believe that any content on the Site/App infringes your rights, please follow the Complaint Procedure described in Section 12.

The Site/App may contain links to other websites solely for your convenience. Use of these links is at your own risk. The SOS Human Help Institute does not recommend, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy of information, products, or services provided by third-party websites.

Any personal information provided to the SOS Human Help Institute is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The confidentiality of any communication sent over the Internet cannot be guaranteed, including personal information such as name or address.
8. Disclaimer
The SOS Human Help Institute does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the materials, products, or services on the Site/App. The Site/App and all of its content are provided "as is" and "with all faults."
The SOS Human Help Institute makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. All risk related to use is the user's responsibility.
9. Limitation of liability
The SOS Human Help Institute will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, arising from the use or inability to use the Site/App.
If you are dissatisfied with the Site/App or these Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the SOS Human Help Institute, its directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
- your use of the Site;
- your violation of the law;
- willful or negligent conduct on your part; or
- your violation of these Terms.
The SOS Human Help Institute may assume the defense of any claim, and you must cooperate reasonably in that process.
11. Internet security
The SOS Human Help Institute makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site/App available, but does not guarantee continuous access. Data transmission over the Internet may occur without encryption and may involve different networks, which can compromise the security of information.
12. Complaint procedures
If you believe that content on the Site/App violates your rights, please send an email to soshumanhelp@gmail.com with a detailed message including:
- your name and, if applicable, your company name;
- contact information (including email);
- the nature and details of the complaint, along with the content in question;
- the following statement: "The statements and assertions made in this message are true, complete, and accurate, and I have full legal authority to make them and to submit the requests presented herein."
13. Changes to these terms; termination
The SOS Human Help Institute reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site/App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
The SOS Human Help Institute may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, provision of false information, infringement of rights, or for any other reason.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will preferably be resolved amicably. Where this is not possible, the courts of the district of Indaiatuba, São Paulo, Brazil, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and any other venue, however privileged, is expressly waived.
15. General provisions
The Site/App is controlled and operated from Brazil. The SOS Human Help Institute makes no representation that the content is appropriate for use in other locations. Access from territories where the content is illegal is prohibited.
The SOS Human Help Institute's failure to exercise any right does not constitute a future waiver of that right. Section headings are for reference only. No third party is considered a beneficiary of these Terms.
16. Donations
Donations made through our pages are handled in accordance with our Donation Policy. Donations are voluntary, processed through Infopago in a checkout integration partnership with Lusa, and do not create any contractual obligation for the SOS Human Help Institute beyond applying the funds to the stated purposes.
