- Medical assistance: supporting access to treatment and medication for people who are ill

5. Refund policy
Donations are voluntary and, as a general rule, are irrevocable once processed. However, we do review refund requests in cases of:
- Proven duplicate transactions
- Technical error in the payment system
- Documented incorrect charges
